STAGE 1

All of our jobs and relationships start with a discussion between you and one of our costs specialist. We’ll work with you to ascertain your needs, and tailor a service package that is perfect for you and fulfils your requirements.
STAGE 2
Free door to door collection of your papers/receive electronic files.
To give you peace of mind and guarantee the security of your documents, we provide a free door-to-door courier service. Our in-house team of couriers can collect your files the same-day, this will save you time, money and stress.
We also accept electronic files through secure platforms, we work with our clients to ensure that this process is seamless and secure. We have experience across multiple case management systems and can advise our clients on the easiest way to send their files.
STAGE 3
We tailor our services to suit your specific requirements and agreed terms.
Once we have your first file for costing, this will be allocated to one of our experienced costs experts, this will keep you updated throughout the costings process and return your bill within the agreed SLA. We will highlight any further items that are needed and likely recovery upon assessment. Our team will work with you to ensure that you are happy with the work provided before this is then submitted for assessment.
STAGE 4
We keep you updated throughout the process.
We will keep you updated through each stage of your case, once the bill is submitted to the court we will provide you with the submission receipt, one filing has been approved we will provide you with when your papers were submitted or delivered to the court and we will provide you with regular updates from the SCCO so you are aware of when you should receive the assessment back.
STAGE 5
Finalise matters with the Court.
We deal with the court throughout the process, to save you the time and stress. Therefore once you are happy with the assessment, we will submit the FCC on your behalf and provide the sealed copy once received.
