With 18 years of experience in the costs industry, Rebecca leads the Court of Protection costs team at RC Legal Solutions, following a recent successful 10-year tenure at a national costs firm. Her expertise spans all areas of Court of Protection costs, including high-value general management costs, contentious matters, and statutory Will applications.

Rebecca is also a seasoned trainer, with extensive experience providing in-house and external training on all aspects of costs. Her particular enthusiasm for time recording is a testament to her dedication to improving efficiency and costs management across the board.
Outside of work, Rebecca stays busy with her family, home renovation projects, and traveling—always seeking new adventures and opportunities to learn and grow.

Faye, a University of Essex graduate in Criminology and Criminal Law, joined RC Legal Solutions as a legal administrator before training as a costs draftsman. She specializes in drafting E-Bills for Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship Applications and General Management periods, and advises clients on maximizing recovery. Faye also assists with the civil court department’s Part 8 process.

Her attention to detail, adaptability, and ambition are highly valued, and outside work, she is dedicated to her passion for horses.

Jessica is a Law and Sociology graduate from the University of Liverpool who began her career with RC Legal Solutions as a Legal Administrator before developing her expertise as a Costs Draftsman. She specialises in preparing E-Bills for Court of Protection matters, including Deputyship Applications and General Management , and works closely with clients to help maximise recovery.

 Outside of work, Jessica enjoys reading, travelling, attending concerts, and keeping active at the gym.

Megan, a Law graduate, has gained extensive experience at R Costings, excelling in fee-earning roles, administration, and management. She’s studying Business finance and has a strong aptitude for it.

With significant Court of Protection experience, Megan is key to the company’s success, known for her attention to detail, ambition, and diverse skill set.

In her spare time, she enjoys horse riding, concerts, travelling, and DIY projects.
